Here's where you can learn about my wellness community.
When you join my wellness community, you will be surrounded by other women who will be there to hold you accountable to your workouts, meal plans & healthy habits! Life gets crazy, and it can be SO hard to stay focused on your goals, but with a community to keep you on track, it's near impossible to fail! And, you'll make some friends and have fun!
So, how does it work exactly? Glad you asked.
When you sign up, you get access to my meal plans, workouts, community & monthly accountability groups through an app on your phone or online. Once in the community you will be able to set up your goals, take your "before" pictures, introduce yourself & start interacting with everyone else - encourage, listen & ask questions! Then ever day you will be able to track your workouts, nutrition, weight loss, muscle gain, etc. through the pap. It's so simple, fun, & achievable.

Come join me in my monthly accountability groups that start the 1st Monday of EVERY month and go for 4 weeks. 3 weeks of workouts and one week for a functional recovery/rest week before we start again the next month. Each month will have a new theme, focus, and mindset content to keep us engaged, excited, and fresh. When you join you get access to my monthly group for 12 months and will always have a spot reserved just for you! Keep your routine simple with these at-home workouts and easy to follow nutrition plans, and let's keep building up your health esteem together.
